Principles of Reviewer Recognition
JPKI may recognize reviewers who have contributed to the journal during a defined publication period, such as annually or by volume.
Reviewer acknowledgment is intended solely as recognition of professional scholarly service and does not indicate that a particular reviewer evaluated, recommended, accepted, or rejected any specific manuscript.
Where reviewer names are publicly acknowledged, JPKI will respect reviewer confidentiality and will include names only when such recognition is consistent with reviewer consent and the journal's confidentiality requirements.
Reviewer Confidentiality
JPKI operates a double-blind peer-review process. The identity of individual reviewers is not disclosed to authors in relation to a specific manuscript, and reviewer acknowledgment must not compromise the confidentiality of the peer-review process.
Public acknowledgment of reviewers, where implemented, will therefore be presented independently from individual manuscripts, editorial decisions, or reviewer reports.
